That is the question, Nadine. That's why I asked the question. And really why I think that all drugs from America should be the same price to everyone who buys them. Otherwise we are subsidizing the world, again. We seem to get no credit or thanks for doing that.

If everyone had to pay the same price, then the R&D costs would be spread out to many, and not the few...therefore speeding the time when those costs would be equalized, and the drugs would (or should) be cheaper for all.
