BEFORE YOU TRADE PENNY STOCKS. . . Trading on the OTC is FAR harder than the larger issues. Very few if any, just keep rising slowly and steadily making people money. Most sit at next to nothing, until a group decides to exploit the stock through a pump and dump, the stock triples and they are off to the next stock as the market makers drop the bid down below where it first began.
