Venezuelans can simply nationalize all the Russian assets. Just as Saddam got big heaps from Russia and owed them big heaps but Russia came up empty handed after the American invasion, so can Venezuelans deny any debt to China and Russia. England doesn't own the Suez canal and USA does not own the Panama canal. Local yokels have the numbers and need not take responsibility for decisions and debts of previous rulers. Mqurice
