Look at the quoted numbers - the first 100 quant increase comes on 13 mhz of improvement. The next 100 quants on 12 mhz. The next 100 quants do not cite a mhz improvement. But based on an average of 12.5 real hz per 100 quants - 40 is generous - I rounded up. Of course it could be the (register was it?) is wrong. But then Dan wouldn't like that to be so, would he?
