My point is that one of the major pumping points has been Sanchez insider buying. Sanchez is subject to short swing profit restrictions for 6 months from purchases. Buying on margin really clouds the issue and should be viewed with an extremely cautious eye IMO. Each dollar the stock appreciated from his original purchase gave him excess equity which he parlayed into additional buying on margin. Essentially this kind of behavior could feed on itself. Imagine if Bill Gates played the game like this. Would you feel comfortable with the market?
