I think you are talking about these 'class action' news.
Not having the US legal background (I am German) and little street experience, can you explain why it would not affect the stock ?

to me it would look like 'counter attracting' new buyers.

or is this all just lawyer crap, with no outcome but to keep lawyers and courts busy ? for me this looks like a 'lost case' from the very beginning.
