Merrill on Chips : Merrill Lynch analyst Joe Osha reiterating cautious stance on microprocessors and DRAMs; notes that price cuts for Intel's (INTC) Pentium 4 signal price and margin degradation that Merrill says will play out to an extreme for INTC and AMD. Osha also sees no rebound in end market demand for DRAMs, and reiterates NEUTRAL rating on MU as a result.
