sandshark, I have noted on two previous companies I have observed the CEO's taking margin loans against their insider holdings. When the inevitable stock tumble occurred, the broker sold their stock out to satisfy the loan. Both were then able to complain loudly about 'not wanting to sell'. One was somehow able to come up with a $1 million (despite drawing no salary from the company)to rebuy his stock after it had fallen considerably lower, and conveniently just a few months in front of the stock being promoted to unsustainable levels. These two incidents are examples of why I don't let large insider holdings bother me if my analysis of the company does not support a long position.
