Slam, I don't believe we will see a buyout anytime soon. Ben Shell, et al, have worked for many years to build this company to what it is today. For those dissappointed with financials, look again. Revenues down, no profits, BUT, no long-term debt, sufficient cash for near-term needs, a group of quality products, and the wild-card, Internet Safari. There is revenue from older products as well (read as cash to bottom line). In summation, we have a company poised to reap the rewards of much hard work and good fortune. I think as a matter of pride, if nothing else, the principals in this company will want to show the world the value of their labor before they would consider a buyout. The next month or so should tell the tale. Best Wishes, John R. |
