I dont think its a bold move. I think this may result in another knockout punch for the administration. Here's my guess on what will happen 1) an election year with nothing on the news but a trial or potential trial of a ruthless dictator that this administration caught(comparisons to Nurenburg will no doubt be made). This could be more damaging to the Dems then the long impeachment trial/scandal of slick willy 2) this may also help keep the market up through the election year - which would probably seal the 2004 elections for the republicans.. Interesting to see how this will all play out. .
