there is the issue of engr hold in europe also. they need to clear up the bugs in the s/w. europe also has stds problems between dif countries. This has been a major thorn and as you pointed out, the needed software varies from country to country. Japan is also slow, the lack of 56k stds Hesitation to buy! plus cisco release the new prodcut but as usual cisco isn't shipping it yet and it has benn worked thru. Cisco always seems to do that:-( Like Rockwell with their chips. Glenn
