It depends...if one had to sell a house under the auspices of possible forclosure that would not be considered under duress from the buyer...like I said a jury will determine whether Intel was forcing its clients to do things that everyone would consider not normal business process...given the size and economic power that Intel wields in the computer market AMD at this points feels they have strong case of coercion...
