Derek, Scrapps (and anyone else) I see you're looking for a laptop. Me too. I've been looking at the TXN models. I wasn't considering them until recently. Mostly because of price. looks like they're givin the final inventory away CHEEP now that they sold to ACER. Price isn't the bottom line though. I'm MUCH more interested in performance and reliability. I'd rather pay 3000-4000 for something that will perform well and last, then 1500-2000 for something that won't. Have you been seeing the deals I have on the TIs? If so, whatta ya think? Interested in ALL opinions. Thanks. J.E.F. PS- I'd mostly be using it for Internet and Charting. I've been looking at perhaps a lower priced model laptop and going wholehawg on an AllPoints card, GoAmerica access and LOTS of RAM.
