What do we have to look forward to now that that dastardly scary 4Q fears are behind us(and I hope the market, I assume that's what was causing most of the selloff)?

The new double density DST system. This company is increasingly reliant on the DST for the major bulk of its current sales. With teh new doubled density machines just now beginning to ship, with full availability in 2Q, this should finally give us our first up year of sales in many many years.

The Mitsu lawsuit will finally get somewhere. the Mitsu side of it was still waiting for an open court date last I called IR, and is already several months late. Should go to court SOMETIME this year. Also, AXC's much bigger and more important lawsuit against Mitsu is due 3/31/97. With these dates, it would seem they'd both be settled (in AXC's favor, they seem confident) with a big one time boost to eps in probably the 3Q (I'm guessing).

Further signing of KM customers. Ya just gotta believe. The economics of disk drives mated with KM is SO COMPELLING I just can't see how it's won't AT LEAST going to capture the shrinking TFI market, and with the cost advantage over MR, at least for a while, it should hold its own for some time I'd think, or at least put Seagate, IBM and Quantum at a huge competitive disadvantage for several years if KM can't become commercial with MR.

Maxtor finally coming out with real, honest to goodness KM drives this fourth quarter, after marketing them in 3Q. Should be just a tiny foretaste of the goldmine that KM could become.

Along with that, we have rising eps estimates, higher than 95's watershed year. I also foresee rising analyst and news coverage. I keep thinking "When is Forbes going to do a story on Bramson and KM and the whole reorginization story?"Steve F., are you out there?

All in all, we have a very exciting year. Now if we could just have a share price in the teens where it should be!
