Ted, Bush is stalling because Blair needs something positive out of the UN. As far as the US domestic consumption is concerned, Bush has a blank check, and can to in anytime. So now we are waiting for Blair. what happens tomorrow Tomorrow was supposed to be a vote on a second resolution, which Blair needs, but the US / UK don't have the 9 votes, which would be enough for the UK domestic consumption (even with vetoes).
