JFD: I never did find any news on Friday about Intel, so I'm not sure why it trailed the general market. I personally hope that Intel, Microsoft, Cisco, and some other big tech names show some leadership during the upcoming earnings season and project a positive future outlook. Many companies take the easy way out and just say there's "no visibility" or "we don't know when things will turn around." It's going to take a catalyst, in the form of a big name making positive comments without 100% certainty, to drive the eventual increase in IT spending. I hope Intel has the guts to do just that Tuesday afternoon. Adam
