Capital One Upgrades for second time in 3 days 08:26 EDT CIE theflyonthewall.com: Cobalt price target raised to $40 from $30 at Capital One Have thought it over and now have $40 Target. (Upgraded from $23 to $30 on Friday AM) This seems to imply any possible Takeover level would now be in the $42 to $48 range.
