Are you saying the 6.1 mil. shares that Merced gets are already issued and part of the float? Either way, that amounts to a very good deal for Merced, they get most of their money, and lots of shares up front, then hopefully CSHK sells enough product to make it worthwhile. If I were a share holder, I'd rather see Merced get a bigger slice of sales and less up front. Is Merced obligated to continue supporting and upgrading the software? Stuff like telephone support and so on?
