I suppose these things will be included with MacOS going forward, but the things I found that would make iMac net access easier than previous scenarios are: 1) one good ISP choice instead of two OK choices (Earthlink has been referred to as "the Mac of ISPs" and gets many accolades for its customer support), 2) the helpful QuickTime files which weren't that useful to me would seem to be useful for newbies, 3) IE and Netscape 4.0 bundled which seem more polished than their predecessors, 4) AOL 4.0 which is a big improvement in set up and usability, 5) less port clutter.
