Maybe you aren't, but I am. I've read your exchange with Lane3. I've done a bit of googling, and I'm more confused than ever. As of this moment I really don't know what la raza means. I've heard some people explain that it means "The Race." All three of the language translators I have bookmarked translates it to mean race. You say it means friend or buddy. I'm coming to the conclusion that it means what ever the user intends it to mean. Those individuals that belong to specific groups who wish to "recapture" the Southwest must mean "The Race?" Other individuals who wish to be my friend another. How am I to know if I don't know the motive of the user?
