No, but he is saying that South Korea is the home of 43% of the world's DRAM market, and that is dependent on the "lack of radioactivity on the Korean peninsula."

Of course, I think it's unlikely that a second Korean War will break out, but the fear could spook some customers away from Korean suppliers and possibly into the hands of Micron.


And this concern about radioactivity is overdone as well. Last night, CNBC had a nuclear expert on and it said its very unclear that NK has nukes. Its possible but not very likely.
