Tom,

We had the coldest April on record here in Minnesota. We also had snow a couple of days in advance of your experience.

It will be interesting to see if the governments statistics reflect this phenomena. Of course the talking heads will write it off as April 2002 specific and the spending American will be back with full steam ahead in May. <g>
