You must think that Judge KK has no ability to see the import of what he says. I do not see how he has damaged anything other than the dumb suggestion that MSFT write separate OS's for different vendors. I think he was very credible. He told the truth and he made sense. You do not want to weigh your expertise down by subjecting yourself to the minutia of a legal argument and he wisely chose not to do that. JFD
