Sanders testimony exception noted

"Sanders complained that a modular system would lead to incompatible and "fragmented" versions of the operating system. Such fragmentation would force AMD to build separate microprocessors for each of the various versions of Windows, thereby increasing the cost of the product for consumers."

The idea that AMD would have to build separate processors is total, utter nonsense.
