Welcome Ken, I'm honored to meet someone who had the sense to get out of this during the run up. Unfortunately, I committed the greatest of sins...yes, brothers and sisters, I fell in love with this stock. Bought initially at 15.12 (two years ago?) and watched it soar to ~45 and, well, the rest is history. Didn't make the same mistake with TCGI and Brooks. As to what the hell's going on here, It's a segment problem. I also track ITCD and ELIX. All of the CLEC's seem to be taken a bath (but not as bad as our ICIX). ICIX does have a crown jewel that the other CLEC's don't have. Their acquisition of Digex was a savvy move. Top tier web hosting provider. I'm waiting for the analysts to figure out that as their alternative phone services business faces competitive pressures, they're a leading provider of web hosting and internet services. (At a minimum, it's a nice chip to have in a takeover negotiation). I thought this was a takeover candidate at 45. It's got to be a great takeover candidate at sub-14. Sorry to be so long winded...nothing helps the soul like confession. Whew, I feel better. Now, question to the thread...double down here?
