My information comes from conversations with Morgan Keegan analyst,
John Moore, several officers at the company and various customers
and firms with strategic alliances with the firm.

I am convinced that the seller simply wanted to retire and cash out as
he had not been active with the company or board for quite some time.

Yes, a new significant contract would move the stock as would any extensions of current contracts and/or new product introductions. I
have the sense that the sellers are out of this one. The catalyst
could be the Q3 revenue numbers that will be reported around the third
week of October. A positive number might just bring the original
underwriters, DLJ and Montgomery, knocking on the door. Presently
MK is the only broker following the stock.
