Frank,
Tracer still intends to drill 3 wells this year. You misunderstand
the news release. They state they plan to drill at least one well
in the panhandle area as part of the agreement which includes the
seismic and a 40% interest in that area. They plan to drill 2 other
wells in different areas of the block.
