The REAL question is....where is the great founder of this board? Let's read some of his brilliance from Oct.......

Oakley is a steal at current prices! Oakley fell 16% yesterday on news that Sunglass Hut had worse then expected earnings. Today, Oakley says that third quarter earnings due out October 17 will BEAT analyst expectations. Id expect the stock to make back all of the lost ground by next Friday and more. I see 25 by next Friday! This was a clear overreaction and today's news shows that. Also, OO is about to issue a whole new line of sunglasses that is expected to be very popular.
The answer is, he is long gone. You see, Kenneth had no real substance as to why OO might go up to 25. He was just guessing and hoping. And like most people who whip a stock up with no real objective proof, he has disappeared when it tanked. Boy its amazing how some of the people on this board have been telling everybody how great Oakley, the company is, while the stock has gone from 22 to 20 to 18 to 16 to 13 to 11 and now down to 9. Exactly how much does one have to lose beofre they realize that how good a company is/has/or will be, has nothing to do with stock price? I have got a hoot out of watching everyone "wish" and "hope" this stock back up. People have even started talking about Jordan and Oakley, like he has a damm thing to do with making the stock move. ITS BEEN PATHETIC. Now everybody seems to be a "long term" investor in Oakley. Well no Duh! What else can you be when you've lost anywhere from 25% to 75% on a stock. If you want to avoid this problem in the future, come over to the "Technical Analysis" boards and help yourself to being better traders. Despite the cutting tone of this post, the people on the TA boards are very friendly and more than will to help beginners out. If you have been wasting you time (and money) is a stock like Oakley (or others like it) you owe it to yourself to re-evaluate your attitudes towards trading. By the way, if you haven't been in OO for the last few months, this truely might be a good time to get in, but not because of any "wishful thinking", but because the technicals finally (opposed to how they looked at 22, 20 , 18, 15, etc....), are starting to indicate a possible bottom.
