Matt, In answer to your question regarding ECNC location. Tom originally took over the shell of Leggoons Clothing Company based in Missouri. The company existed in Missouri, on paper, until we officially moved the company headquarters to Nevada. The move to Nevada occurred at the at the shareholders meeting this year. -The Mayor
