Insiders can only sell from two days after a quarterly earnings announcement (which generally happens during the first month of the following quarter) through the middle month of the quarter. The period including the last month of the quarter (now) through the earnings release is the "quiet time" and insiders can't trade. On the other hand, I think they have ten days to report their trades. Joe Brush says "check it out" with SGI's IR.
