I agree with Buffett.

There are no guarantees that the governments that made the weapons and are guarding the weapons and raw materials will even be around in fifty years. Systems breakdown, governments collapse, and money and assets change hands. It just a matter of time before some nutjob gets their hands on a nuclear weapon and uses it...
