According to Yahoo, this Craig Goldman dude, on 01/30/00, was planning to sell 270,400 shares for $54,012,400 of value. That translates to $199.75 a share. This must of pre-split, right? If that is the case, this turkey is selling his shares (at $100) below the current price of $118 or so. As I recall, CMGI did not go down that low ($100) on 01/30/00. Please clarify on this insider selling deal. Thanks.
