I did NOT like the dollar decline! I foolishly missed by a couple of days swapping out to NZ$ before the run from 44c to 71c. Curses. I was hoping for a temporary drop back which didn't come. Nor did I think the NZ$ would go so far against the US$ [given NZ is going down the gurgler]. So now I'm waiting for US$ interest rates to rise, as I expected they would do way back in 1999 when I expected the share market crunch, a big decline in interest rates then a rise again. Which took a LOT longer than I thought. There is a glitch with the deficit and you are of course right that not eating for 6 months isn't the answer to obesity. I was slightly exaggerating. How about 3 months? My lizard mind is indeed emotional, with fear and stuff lurking in their, ready to take flight at a moments notice. Mqurice PS: Omigosh, I have learned another Americanism = amuck. That seems so weird. Amuck. Okay. Thanks for the correction.
