Jonh, re: "So what are the market's thoughts on AMD? Do you think they will meet the expectations?" I should have a better answer to this than for Intel. AMD has made a number of statements regarding the 02Q1 and they seemed aggressive at the time. I was optimistic for my contest guesstimate. However, I have never had a good feeling for what the market expects of AMD. Blowout quarters far beyond any expectations with rosy projections and the stock falls the next week. Doesn't matter unless one is trading or the company needs the stock equity for a transaction but still frustrating. -PT
