There is no group. There are hundreds of individual investors who know each other though things like coming to the annual meeting. None of them own 5% of the company and do not need to disclose anything to you. I am in contact with people holding 1/3 to 1/2 of all outstanding shares. I do not own 5% and do not need to report. I like it that way! LOL! The stock is tightly held by people whether they own hundreds of thousands of shares or just hundreds. That is a big problem for Asensio since he needs fear. I am not afraid. Oops. He may have a problem here. Since the short interest is more than 5% and I believe they are colluding in a way you can not accuse the longs of, they should have to report bit the regulations are not symmetrical here, yet. I think they should be.
