Yes anyone with holdings of 5% or + must file with the SEC. My question was that I thought a 13G was a short form for 13D and only available to certain persons. Brokers, banks, insurance co and dealers. Sorry for the confusion. And hay I like a little rumor, so here goes. SUNR to qualify for Pre Market Approval any day! Buy now while the price is low, before the stock gets HOT. Dave
