With these? Here's a pic of Russia's 'rusted navy'... They can't even build their own ships anymore. They are trying to buy ships from France... blog.foreignpolicy.com Meanwhile we build 'planes without a mission' like the F-22 that with development costs factored in cost 300 million plus a copy. At least with the F-22 the Secretary of Defense has seen the light and put the brakes on the program...
