It's illogical to do so. A fetus is human. It is a member of the species homo sapiens. It is alive.

I'm not sure what you are getting at here. Obviously opinions effect how we feel and what we do, but what is your point?

They didn't. And even the dealers and prostitutes are only a criminal sub class because there are laws against selling drugs or sex. If abortion was illegal then abortion providers would be a criminal subclass. In areas of Nevada prostitutes are not a criminal subclass.

In any case the whole question has nothing to do with my point. You said that the people most effected should get to decide. Prostitutes are the people most effected by laws against prostitution. They only form a criminal subclass because of those laws. If you believe that "the people most effected" should get to decide what the law is, why does anyone besides the prostitutes get a say on laws about prostitution?

The right is always talking about an individual's rights; well, where is that stance now?

Without life you can't exercise any of your other rights.
