Actually I'm right , management sold 70% of issued stock at $1.50 or less in the last 8 months . WHY so cheap ? Because that is what it is worth . Getting 10% of its current price means only one thing, it is currently overvalued, possibly by 90%. Management are too smart to have sold for so little IMO.
