Sid is giving you and all the other shareholders the option of selling all their current stock and buy stock in a company that only owns franklin lake,plus you get warrents. If you dont like the idea of getting into new projects you cann sell all your Dekka stock and own pure FL stock. It sounds like a good deal for the people who believe solely in FL.
