TJS:

You ask for someone to make a compelling case for or against Xecom? How many times we all have told you. I know I have made a case for Xecom at least 5 times. Therefore unless you are not still clear I fail to see why you keep asking the same question over and over and over and over and over again?

Our recent exchange has had a profound impact on me to the extend that I have sold my diversified portfolio and have invested all into the same stocks that constitute your portfolio: namely IBM, LU and of course Xecom. Despite the fact that my entire portfolio is only about $1000 and compare to your $15 million dollars is indeed nothing but a humor to you, I hope I will have the same returns as you have and will continue to have (especially with Xecom).

Mr. Swift, as for a compelling case "for" Xecom all I can repeat is that this company is going somewhere and when it gets there you would definitely want to be with it right there.

This company has perhaps one of the most brilliant business men in the industry as its top management. They have several outstanding business plans that will indeed make Xecom into a multi national multi industry giant. Although their primery concern is to become a telecommunication giant their other business plans include (but not limited to) import and export of consumer goods (one of which Mr. Jack Rogers has mentioned).

Furthermore, Xecom has one of the most brilliant financial minds of the country working on the development of an electronic commerce network, and in my opinion this will be a big winner for Xecom. Xecom's main concentration does rely however on becoming a telecommunication giant (such as AT&T, or British Telecom), and with all the brilliant minds on the management team I do not even consider thinking anaything else but success.

As you will soon find out director Dal Grauer has gone over the business plans since we talked last week. He will soon reveal to you and everyone of great business plans the company has for its future prospects. You will indeed be a proud share holder to hear about those plans. As I told you that business plan Dal claimed he had not seen is a great plan. It is a very good plan. It is a very very very good plan.

So I hope I have made a compelling case for Xecom and why one should invest in Xecom. Joe and Dal please make sure to discuss a list of other compelling reasons for Xecom to be made available to all share holders in our next staff meeting. And please could you two bring some tea to the meeting. thanks.

GO XECOM.
