I am putting in an order to buy 380,000 shares at $0.09 USD. This price is a steal considering how low the cost basis in Intema is as well as the IPO for Lite Access. They also have the capability to do further PP's and given Paul's ability to weed out these fast growing companies, that's an opportunity not available to me as an independent (US) investor.

BZI was at $0.185 just 3 months ago and nothing has changed with the underlying investments in Intema and Lite Access other than the market knocking down the share price of ITM. Remember, even with ITM at $0.16, BZI has more than doubled their money (PP was at $0.075) and has an equal number of warrants priced at $0.15. That's amazing leverage to a fast growing, micro-cap company

ITM - Q4 revenues +120%, maintained profitability. Strong results upon first glance. Working through MD&A now.

Press Release had a few errors that confused me at first:

"Highlights for third quarter ending December 31st, 2014" should say "year" not Q3.

"EBITDA of up (33.2%)" - should clarify, it was a swing from a loss to a profit.

But when you get into it, Q4 revenues were the highest in the last ~5 years. Q4 is also seasonally weak so this bodes well for growth in 2015 (kind of like DAP's revenue pattern -- though not quite as pronounced).
