Hi Baker - Here is the most recent insider buying and selling for MYLX. Notice all the shares acquired in May and they were not all sold the same day! It appears that at the current low prices management prefers to hold onto their shares. Perhaps there are better time to come???

Is it possible for the company to purchase their management shares as part of their buy back program without running the trade through the exchange? I would not put it past our management to do such a thing but I believe it is not allowed.
