It takes a life altering event or the wisdom that comes with age. One of these days she'll probably be a lot more interested. But for the most part, people are content with their lives and don't want to have to alter their routine. Especially when it comes to food. We were camping this weekend and ran into a couple that have lost a combined total of 106 lbs between the two of them since last oct. They were constantly taking walks and or jogging. One would stay back at their trailer and watch the 5 yr old while the other exercised. They seemed obsessed with it. They were young though and had a lot of determination.
