More like 200 million fighters, but the difference doesn't really matter.

Predators and Global Hawks and their like will be a larger and larger part of the story, but esp. in terms of having potential against more major enemies they aren't capable enough of being the whole story yet, and when they eventually are they will probably be much more expensive than our current models (if less expensive than the B-2 or any likely newly developed high end manned combat aircraft).

In the invasion of Afghanistan, or any similar operation, the manned aircraft where important and will continue to be for awhile. In the hunting of individual Al Qaeda members hiding out in Pakistan or Yemen, they are not so important. In a war against China over an invasion of Taiwan, or any other major power war things like the F-22 and B-2 will be very important for some time to come. Fortunately such wars are unlikely, but they are unlikely partially because we are well prepared for them (and partially because of nukes, and partially for other reasons).
