I think that some pharmaceutical stocks look undervalued at the present time.

IMHO you can't go wrong if you own PFE,MRK and GSK, over the next 3 years.

The EPS is growing, and they will benefit from the weak U.S. currency as well as the aging population.

The dividends look pretty good as well.

I also think tobacco stocks are cheap, especially MO.

If you take out KFT and SAB-Miller, you get tobacco cash flow for virtually nothing.

The 7% dividend looks good too.

I own shares in all these companies
