Christianity has "heretic," Islam has "infidel," so what?

Heretic and infidel are negative terms for different things. A heretic is one who preaches a "debased" or at least "incorrect" version of a religion. An infidel is someone who has an entirely different religion or perhaps doesn't have any religion at all.
