Petz It's a lawsuit. Any lawsuit can be settled out-of-court by paying the monetary damages or negotiating something less. So why doesn't Intel save the face of the OEMs and do that? Because the stakes are too high. This showdown will take place in Japan, the US and Europe. Might as well get it over with. IMO.
