i had been holding some sep 5 puts on hvide marine (hmarq) when the company declared bankruptcy and the nasdaq market halted trading in the stock. furthermore one could not short it for some reason. in any event i was able to exercise my puts, but i will be bought back in automatically as soon as trading opens again. regards
