Although I have limited sympathies with your far right examples, my "far right" would start with Ron Paul -- even though he's irrelevant.

Paul's aversion to war stems, I believe, from von Mises' implication that there are better ways to handle the underlying causes. Not perfect; just better.

WRT to those actually wielding power, I'm not sure there actually exist meaningful differences. Both start with the assumption that the state has a primary role.
